  • Order processing not correct



    I have placed an order online using rakuten.com Sep 16th, during order it said 2 days to process order and ship on 2nd day. Sep 17th got email saying my phone number was not able to verify with credit card company. I called customer service, asked them to correct my phone number on order, also replied in email to update my order. Sep 18th again email saying phone number not able to verify phone number from same person, replied same message and called customer service again, now they are saying it will be shipped on Sep 22nd.
